Rates

All rates are based on single or double occupancy, except the 2 bed room. Addition of a third adult is not allowed without prior approval at the time of booking and if approved will result in additional charges. Rates are subject to change without notice and do not include 11.7% MA room taxes. Weekend rates may apply Friday, and Saturday nights; a minimum stay may be required for most weekends. Holidays and special events have higher rates and/or minimum stay requirements. These include but are not limited to: Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th Week, Bear Week, Carnival Week, Labor Day Weekend, Columbus Day Weekend, Women’s Week, Fantasia Fair, Halloween Weekend, Thanksgiving Weekend, Holly Folly Weekend, New Year’s Eve Holiday, Valentine’s Day Weekend, President’s Weekend. Deposit & Payment Terms

A 50% deposit of your total stay is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. One night stay is charged in full at the time of booking. All major credit cards are accepted. All deposits and payments are due in U.S. funds only. Checks are accepted for deposit only and must be received within two weeks of the booking. Balance is due upon check-in. No personal checks accepted for final payment. Cancellations require 60 day notice prior to the arrival date in order to avoid full forfeiture of your deposit. Cancellations received within 60 days of your reservation will be charged the full amount of deposit. Please note that deposits received for reservations for major holidays or events (such as Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Bear Week, Carnival Week, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Women’s Week, Halloween, Holly Folly, New Year’s Eve and any other special event that requires bookings made months in advance) are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued due to medical or family emergencies, unforeseen illness, bad weather, missed or cancelled flights and ferries, work conflicts, delayed arrivals, or other situations that we cannot be responsible for. In the event of early departure or no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged automatically without further notification. A cancellation fee of $25 plus tax will be assessed for all cancellations. Refunds will only be given using the same method that was used for payment.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in hours are between 3 pm and 6 pm. Check-out time for guests and their cars is 10:30 am. Please contact us to make arrangements for late check-in if you anticipate arriving after hours. Arrangements must be made in advance for late check-out and are not guaranteed. Should you need to leave your luggage after check-out time, we will gladly store it at the Front Desk. Valid photo identification and credit card is required for all reservations.

Parking

Parking is available for an additional charge of $25 per night and must be requested at the time of your reservation. We offer a limited number of on-site parking spaces for Pilgrim House guests. On-site parking is available on a first come first serve basis. All guests must display a parking permit on the dashboard at all times, acquired at check-in. Please let us know in advance if you have a large vehicle. Due to limited space we cannot accommodate trucks or oversized vehicles on-site, however, you may park at our other location across the street from the hotel on Bradford St. Duarte’s Parking Lot. Parking is limited to one vehicle for each room. Please note that while we do our best to provide parking for all our guests, we may not always be able to guarantee space in our lot. Parking is at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for damages or theft inflicted to your car while staying with us.

Provincetown has a limited amount of available parking. Plan ahead.

Note that parking is free on street and town lots from November 1st to March 31st. Paid public parking is in effect from April 1st through October 31st. Find more information about parking

Pets

We are happy to accommodate dogs up to 35 pounds. Pets are allowed in designated rooms as long as they are well-behaved, house trained, and actively treated for ticks and fleas. There is a limit of 2 dogs per room, but their cumulative weight must be less than 35 pounds. The pet fee is $35 per night. There is a strict limit to the number of pets allowed. If you are planning to travel with your dog, you must verify that a dog-friendly room is available. We will ask your dog’s name, weight and type during the reservation process.

You will be required to complete a pet waiver form on arrival and will be responsible for cleaning up after your pet on the property and in the neighborhood. Additional fees starting at $250 may apply in the event of property damage, hardship, excessive cleaning and/or fees incurred by Pilgrim House due to disturbance. We reserve the right to terminate occupancy without refund if damage or disturbances persist. Guests are responsible for any/all personal injuries resulting from their pet. If your pet is accustomed to sleeping on furniture we kindly ask that you bring your own blanket or sheet for the dog.

Pets cannot be left in the room unattended if they may bark when left alone in new surroundings. If your pet is barking, we will contact you via phone. We expect an immediate return to address the nuisance. If you do not respond within 15 minutes and your pet is still disturbing guests, we reserve the right to enter the room and remove the dog from premises.

Due to food service regulations, we cannot allow dogs in the inside dining area. However, we do have an outdoor patio on the main level and outdoor deck on the second floor where dogs can accompany their owners. Dogs must be kept on leash while in the public areas of the Inn. Guests must contact the Guest Services to arrange a convenient time for daily housekeeping services.

Smoking

Pilgrim House is 100% smoke-free. No smoking of any kind is permitted on property. Guests smoking on property will be asked to leave without refund.  Failure to adhere to smoking policy will result in a damage charge of $250. Outdoor smoking is permitted on Commercial St. or Bradford St.

Damages

Each guest room is thoroughly inspected prior to arrival. It is the responsibility of each new occupant to immediately notify the management of any suspected prior damage or accidental damage(s) for which the current guest is responsible. Guests are financially responsible for any and all damages caused purposely or by accident during their stay. Pilgrim House is not responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.

Lost Keys

Please return your room key to Front Desk door upon check out. Keys that are not returned at the time of check-out will be subject to a lost key fee of $35 per key.
