Can seats be reserved in advance?
Seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis within each seating section. Large parties (4 or more guests) should arrive early to ensure that your entire party can sit together.

If tickets are purchased separately, can we still sit together?
It is usually not possible to accommodate group seating requests at the door the night of the show. If one group member can purchase tickets for all members, that is the easiest way to ensure everyone can sit together.

Do you seat late arrivals?
We encourage all guests to arrive at least 30 minutes early to all shows. Seating guests who arrive late is at the discretion of the Showroom staff, and you will be seated in the least disruptive seats available, and late-arrival seats may not be in the section that you purchased.

Is there a waiting list or a cancellation list?
No, there is no waiting list or cancellation list.

Do you offer refunds?
Sorry, all sales are final, there are no refunds, and we do not buy back unused tickets.

May I exchange my ticket(s) for another performance?
We can exchange your ticket(s) for another event or performance date as long as the price of the ticket (seating section) is the same.
Exchanges may be made up to 24 hours before showtime.
