Frequently Asked Questions

• When will I receive my drinks? Your first round will be delivered by our cocktail servers as you are being seated. Second rounds are delivered at approximately the halfway mark of the performance.
• Where do I sit? A Host will seat you based on your ticket section. If you have pre-ordered drinks: Simply stop at the Satellite Bar inside the showroom entrance to pick up your first round. Once seated, your cocktail server will visit you to link your order to your seat, open your "Express Tab" for the evening, and coordinate your second-round delivery.
• What if I want something not on the pre-order menu? Our servers will still be available for traditional orders during the show. However, pre-ordering guarantees the fastest service and minimizes noise and distractions for other guests.
• How do I pay for additional drinks? When your first round is delivered, your server will briefly tap your credit card to securely lock in your tab for the evening.
• Is there an automatic service charge? Yes. To allow for a "Free Exit" at the end of the night, all tabs are automatically closed at the 50-minute mark with a 20% service charge so you can head out immediately after the show without waiting for a check.

All pre-order beverage sales are final. Drinks are batched and prepped specifically for your scheduled performance; therefore, we cannot offer refunds for no-shows or unclaimed orders.
